• No unboxing video is provided.

• The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

• The product appears used, damaged after delivery, or not in its original condition.

1. Send the unboxing video within 3 days of receiving the item to our support email or WhatsApp.

2. Our team will review the video and verify the issue.

3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
